a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z – that is the whole of it, and the order matters: dictionaries, indexes and lists of names all follow it. Say the letters in order until the sequence comes without thinking, the way you count.

The first four, one after another. Watch where each one starts.

And the last four. Only the y drops below the line.
