LinguaQuestions with to be
We use to be to ask simple questions about people and things. In this lesson, you learn yes/no questions like Are you a doctor? and wh-questions with Who, What, and Where.

To make a yes/no question, put am / is / are before the subject. The answer is often short: Yes, he is or No, they aren't.

We also use wh-questions to ask for information. Who asks about a person, What asks about a thing or job, and Where asks about a place.
