Checkpoint: А to С

Eighteen letters, and three kinds of them

Every Cyrillic letter you have met falls into one of three groups. Same shape, same sound: А, К, М, О, Т. Same shape, different sound: В, Е, Н, Р, С. A shape you had never seen: Б, Г, Д, Ж, З, И, Й, Л, П. The middle group is the one that costs mistakes, so it is the one to test.

The four that will cost you a word if you read them by shape.

And three that look like nothing you have written before. Count the strokes as you draw them.
