El estudiante Pablo llega a la sala de arte. La profesora es joven. Hay unos chicos y unas chicas junto a la ventana. Los amigos de Pablo están allí también.
– ¿Hay muchos materiales? –pregunta.
– Sí. Los lápices están en la mesa. El lápiz rojo es nuevo. Hay papel blanco y papel negro. No hay pintura verde, pero hay azul y amarillo.
La mochila de Pablo está en una silla marrón. El ordenador está junto a la puerta. Esta mesa es para dibujar. Ese armario es para guardar los materiales.
– ¿Qué es esto?
– Esa caja es nueva. No hay nada dentro.
– ¿Y eso?
– Es una cosa para limpiar los pinceles.
En la pared hay dibujos de las ciudades favoritas de los alumnos. La ciudad de Pablo tiene un parque cerca del centro. En su dibujo, el banco está junto a la farmacia. La gente pasea por la plaza.
– Aquel dibujo del fondo es mío –dice una chica–. Aquella casa naranja es la de mi abuela. La persona junto a la casa es mi hermano.
– ¿Y aquello, al fondo?
– Es una montaña.
Pablo busca una silla.
– Aquí hay una. ¿Quieres algo para beber?
– Agua, gracias. Hay mucho trabajo hoy.
Las canciones de la radio son alegres. Las chicas cantan mientras pintan. Pablo dibuja flores rojas y hojas verdes. Al final, pone el pincel ahí, junto a la caja, y mira su dibujo. Este dibujo tiene muchos colores. Ahora su ciudad es más alegre.
