LinguaPresent Simple for habits and facts
We use the present simple to talk about things we do regularly and things that are generally true. In this lesson, we use it with I, you, we, they. It is good for daily routines like work, study, and sleep.
I work every day.
They study at home.
How to make it
With I, you, we, they, the verb is usually the base form: work, study, eat, sleep, go. We do not add anything to the verb here.

Daily routine meaning
These sentences often talk about routines: things we do again and again. They can also talk about simple facts. The time is often clear from words like every day or from the situation.

You get up late on Sundays.
