LinguaSeven names, and none of them is capitalised
Russian writes the days with a small letter, always. The names are transparent once you see the numbers hiding inside them: вторник holds второй (second), четверг holds четыре (four), пятница holds пять (five).

On Monday: в plus a changed ending
To say on a day, Russian uses в and changes the ending – but not the one you learned for places. Feminine days take -у: среда becomes в среду, пятница becomes в пятницу. The masculine and neuter days do not change at all.
Вторник gets во instead of в, because two consonants would collide. This is the same во you saw in во дворе.
