Questions with does

To ask about he, she, or it in the present simple, use does + subject + base verb. The main verb does not take -s after does.

Does he play tennis on Sundays?

Does she work near here?

Negative sentences with doesn't

For negative sentences with he, she, or it, use doesn't + base verb. Again, the main verb stays in the base form, not with -s.

He doesn't get up early.

She doesn't like football.
