Ao fim de semana (at the weekend) people saem com os amigos, vão à praia, veem uma série, descansam or passeiam (go for a walk).
Pôr and dar in set phrases
pôr a mesa = to set the table; dar um passeio or dar uma volta = to go for a walk or a ride: Vamos dar um passeio?
Ao fim de semana descanso, vejo uma série e dou um passeio na praia.At the weekend I rest, watch a series and go for a walk on the beach.
