LinguaThe ending says who
A Russian verb changes its ending for each person, and the ending alone already says who is acting. That is why работаю on its own is a complete sentence: the -ю means I, and the pronoun can simply be dropped.
Most verbs whose infinitive ends in -ать follow one pattern. Take the infinitive, cut off -ть, and add the six endings.

Asking and denying
A question is the same sentence with a rising voice – no word order change and no helper verb. To deny, put не directly before the verb.
