What this unit gave you
Three lessons, one situation. You can name what a quán sells, order it with Cho tôi ..., ask for more, and ask what it costs. That is the whole visit, from the door to the bill.

The order inside a food phrase
Number, classifier, noun – and the pointing word after all of them: hai bát phở này. thêm stands in front of that whole group and nữa after it, so two more bowls is thêm hai bát nữa.
Cho tôi thêm hai cái bánh mì nữa.Give me two more bánh mì.
Money words
Prices run in nghìn, the currency is the đồng, and both words are often dropped in speech. đắt and rẻ judge the price, giá names it, tính tiền asks for the bill and trả tiền is what you do next.
Tất cả là hai trăm nghìn đồng.Altogether it is two hundred thousand đồng.
