شَقَّةٌ لِلْإِيجَارِ
إِعْلَانٌ: شَقَّةٌ لِلْإِيجَارِ فِي حَيٍّ هَادِئٍ. الشَّقَّةُ فِي الطَّابِقِ الثَّالِثِ، وَيُوجَدُ مِصْعَدٌ حَدِيثٌ وَدَرَجٌ. الْمِسَاحَةُ مِئَةُ مِتْرٍ. الْإِيجَارُ الشَّهْرِيُّ ٥٠٠ دِينَارٍ، وَالتَّأْمِينُ شَهْرٌ وَاحِدٌ. فِي الشَّقَّةِ كَهْرَبَاءُ وَمُكَيِّفٌ.
فِيهَا غُرْفَةُ النَّوْمِ، غُرْفَةُ الْجُلُوسِ، مَطْبَخٌ، حَمَّامٌ وَشُرْفَةٌ. الشَّقَّةُ مَفْرُوشَةٌ: فِي غُرْفَةِ النَّوْمِ سَرِيرٌ مُرِيحٌ وَخِزَانَةٌ وَمِرْآةٌ. فِي غُرْفَةِ الْجُلُوسِ أَرِيكَةٌ وَسَجَّادَةٌ وَمِصْبَاحٌ. فِي الْمَطْبَخِ ثَلَّاجَةٌ وَفُرْنٌ، وَعَلَى الْجِدَارِ رَفٌّ. الْمَطْبَخُ وَاسِعٌ وَمُشْمِسٌ. الْحَمَّامُ ضَيِّقٌ، وَهُوَ نَظِيفٌ. مِنَ الشُّرْفَةِ مَنْظَرٌ جَمِيلٌ، وَتَحْتَهَا حَدِيقَةٌ.
سَامِي: مَرْحَبًا، أَنَا سَامِي. أَسْكُنُ فِي بَيْتِ أُسْرَتِي، وَأُرِيدُ شَقَّةً.
صَاحِبُ الشَّقَّةِ: أَهْلًا! تَفَضَّلْ، هٰذَا مِفْتَاحُ الشَّقَّةِ.
سَامِي: هَلِ الشَّقَّةُ مَفْرُوشَةٌ؟
صَاحِبُ الشَّقَّةِ: نَعَمْ. وَفِي كُلِّ غُرْفَةٍ نَافِذَةٌ كَبِيرَةٌ.
سَامِي: كَمِ الْإِيجَارُ؟
صَاحِبُ الشَّقَّةِ: الْإِيجَارُ الشَّهْرِيُّ ٥٠٠ دِينَارٍ.
سَامِي: وَالْجِيرَانُ؟
صَاحِبُ الشَّقَّةِ: الْجِيرَانُ هَادِئُونَ. الْجَارُ مُعَلِّمٌ.
سَامِي: الشَّقَّةُ جَمِيلَةٌ. شُكْرًا!
