LinguaRooms and tem
Rooms take no/na: na sala, no quarto, na cozinha, no banheiro, no terceiro andar. What a home has: tem for one subject (O prédio tem elevador), têm for several (Eles têm garagem). Short answer: Tem. / Não tem.

Esse, aquele, isso
Near me: este/esse … aqui; near you: esse … aí; far: aquele … ali/lá. Without a noun: isto, isso, aquilo. With em and de they merge: neste, nesse, naquele, desse, daquela.
