LinguaThree rules from this unit
First: a number never touches the noun – a classifier stands between them. Second: which classifier you use depends on what kind of thing you are naming. Third: the pointing word này, kia, đó closes the group, after the noun.

này, kia, đó – a quick recap
này is what is next to you; kia is further away but still in sight; đó is next to the person you are talking to, or a thing already named. The same words give the places: ở đây, ở kia, ở đó, which stand at the end of the sentence.
Chiếc xe máy đó là của anh Nam.That motorbike is Nam's.
