There is: هناك and يوجد, and asking the way

Is there a bank here?

You know هُنَاكَ as “there”. Put it before a noun without الـ, and it means “there is”: هُنَاكَ مَطْعَمٌ قَرِيبٌ – there is a restaurant nearby. The other way is يُوجَدُ (yūjad, “is found”): هَلْ يُوجَدُ بَنْكٌ هُنَا؟ The answer is نَعَمْ، يُوجَدُ or لَا، لَا يُوجَدُ.

هَلْ يُوجَدُ فُنْدُقٌ هُنَا؟ – نَعَمْ، هُنَاكَ فُنْدُقٌ فِي الْمَيْدَانِ.Is there a hotel here? – Yes, there is a hotel in the square.
